JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – PROGRAM COORDINATOR

LOCATION: PASADENA, CA

FLS International, one of the leading U.S. providers of Intensive English Language Programs and Study Tours, invites applications for the position of an ESL Program Coordinator at our corporate offices in Pasadena, California.

The Program Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager. Duties of the position include: recruitment of groups and individual students from Chinese speaking countries, developing and promoting programs to FLS clients, arranging special tours and programs, conducting outreach to current and potential clients, promoting programs through fairs and workshops, and providing administrative support during program operations.

Candidates for the Program Coordinator position should possess at least two years of administrative or marketing experience, preferably in an EFL/ESL, education or travel environment. The candidate must possess strong verbal abilities and computer skills. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required. Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-service orientation are required. International work experience is required. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize duties.

Full Time. Minimum required: BA/BS and 2 yrs related experience. Salary commensurate with experience.
