About the FLS Application Process

| The application process begins with the FLS Online Application. Please fill out all requested information and attach a resume and cover letter for our review. Qualified applicants will be selected for a phone interview. Approved applicants will have the option of an in-person interview. In-person interviews are not mandatory but do increase your chances of selection for your country of interest. Applicants interested in working in more than one country will have a greater likelihood of employment (larger job pool = larger opportunity). Similarly, teacher training is available in the Los Angeles area. Applicants are responsible for their own transportation to and from interviews and training. All approved applicants will be required to submit to a background check. |
