FLS is has partners in various cities in Thailand seeking ESL instructors. Pay and benefits are competitive with other programs in the country and positions in various grade levels are available.

Compensation Package

- One Year Contract
- Salary between 20,000 to 35,000 Baht per month
- 25 teaching hours per week
- 5 teaching days per week
- Overtime at 450 Baht per hour
- Completion bonus of $1,500 USD
- Paid medical insurance
- 14 paid vacation days + Thai National Holidays
- Thai Language Lessons (optional)
