Homestay with an American family

A Homestay is a great way to experience American culture while improving your English ability!   All of our centers offer homestay accommodation with American families individually selected by FLS.
 
With your host family, you’ll learn about American daily life, practice English on a regular basis and participate in many aspects of American culture that visitors often don’t get to see.
 
Homestays are the perfect place for trying out new English skills and adjusting to life in America in a friendly, helpful environment.  Many of our students make American friends they keep in touch with long after their English program is over.
 
FLS Host Families are carefully chosen from safe and attractive neighborhoods near the FLS centers.  Our housing staff visits and interviews each family and insures that the family provides a clean, welcoming home environment for students.
 
Many of our families have hosted for years and have welcomed students from many countries.  Our families understand the special needs of international students and our housing staff is available for your assistance if questions arise during your stay.
