TOEFL/SAT Preparation Camp Lock Haven University Lock Haven, Pennsylvania International high school students in the U.S. have many obstacles to overcome when planning to attend an American college, including English fluency, standardized test scores and knowledge of the U.S. higher education system. Our TOEFL/SAT Preparation program is designed to give students the support they need in all of these areas.
Developed especially for rising juniors and seniors in high school, the program immerses students in a combination of classes, workshops and college visits with an advanced, content-based curriculum to prepare them for college success!
Students will benefit from weekly college workshops on topics such as selecting the right college, writing the admissions essay, and preparing for an admissions interview. Each student will also attend a core English skills class to develop advanced, college-level skills in listening and speaking. Our program also includes a test preparation class focusing on TOEFL or SAT preparation (based on the student’s choice). Finally, college visits to respected area institutions will give students a first hand look at a variety of college campuses including: - Lock Haven University
